One address, read by a person, and answered.
Email
Written out rather than hidden behind a button, so you can copy it if your phone has no mail app set up.
What to write about
- Something is wrong. A number that does not add up, a date that is off, a page that will not load. These get looked at first.
- A figure does not match your experience. The calculators and crop guides use published reference values, and reference values are averages. If your birds, your soil or your climate say otherwise, that is worth knowing and we would rather hear it.
- Something is missing. A species the app does not know, a record you cannot enter, a report that stops just short of what you need.
- Your account. Billing, cancellation, exporting your data, or deleting it altogether.
What helps
For anything broken: what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead, and roughly when. The page address and whether you were on a phone or a computer usually settle it in one reply rather than three.
Privacy and your data
To export everything you have entered, or to delete your account and its records, you can do both from inside the app without asking — but if you would rather it were handled for you, email and it will be. The privacy policy sets out what is held and for how long, and the refund policy covers billing.
