Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Farm Planner ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who we are
Farm Planner is operated by a sole trader based in Tunisia (the "Operator"). For all communication relating to these Terms, contact: diyzone.pro@gmail.com.
3. The service
Farm Planner is a software-as-a-service application that helps farmers track crops, livestock, equipment, and farm-wide planning. The Service provides information and tools — it is not professional veterinary, agronomic, legal, or financial advice. Decisions affecting animal health, food safety, or financial outcomes remain your responsibility.
4. Your account
- You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your country if higher).
- One account per natural person; do not share your account with others.
5. Subscription, trial, and billing
- Free trial: new accounts receive a 30-day free trial of the full Service.
- Subscription: after the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription ($9.99/month or $99/year, billed via our payment provider).
- Merchant of record: payments are processed by Paddle.com Inc. ("Paddle"), acting as the merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, sales tax/VAT, and refunds under their own terms.
- Founding-member pricing: users who subscribe before 30 June 2026 keep $9.99/month for the lifetime of their continuous subscription.
- Cancellation: you may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period; no further charges are made.
6. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid charge by emailing diyzone.pro@gmail.com. After 30 days, refunds are at our sole discretion. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund — the request must be explicit.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or test the security of the Service.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond what applicable law allows.
- Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or harmful content.
- Access the Service via automated means (bots, scrapers) without prior written permission.
8. Your data, your records
The records you create — animals, farms, plantings, equipment, photos, notes — remain your property. We claim no ownership over your farm data. You may export your full data as a CSV bundle from /profile at any time. We retain backups for 30 days after an account deletion to allow recovery, after which they are permanently removed.
9. Our intellectual property
The Farm Planner software, design, brand, and codebase are owned by the Operator. These Terms do not grant you any licence to copy, modify, or redistribute the Service beyond your personal use of it.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The Operator's total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from /profile. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with notice except in cases of abuse, unpaid balances, or legal requirement.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and noted by an updated "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence (e.g. EU consumer rights) continue to apply where they grant you stronger protection.
