1. Cards you add yourself sit here like any list. Drag them between Today, This week and Later.
2. The farm also raises its own: buy feed before the bin empties, palpate a doe inside her window, service a machine. Those appear on their own.
3. A card the farm raised closes itself when the reason goes away — restock the bin and Buy feed moves to Done without you touching it.
4. Rename, reschedule or move one and it becomes yours. From then on the app leaves it alone.

If a card you ticked comes back, the condition it was about has not cleared — you bought two kilos against a need for twenty. That is the board disagreeing with you on purpose, not a bug.
